Janno Gibbs releases “Orig” album

The Philippines “King of Soul,” Janno Gibbs has recently released an album with 11 all-original tracks titled Orig under GMA Records.

“Pawang original compositions ko kasi ang 11-track album ko,” Janno said when asked why Orig is the title of his album. “Medyo nga may pressure sa akin ito dahil kapag original songs, hindi madaling tumatak sa isip ng mga tao, hindi tulad ng revivals.” he added.

The album’s carrier single is “Igiling,” which the singer is dedicating to Ricky Martin, his favorite international artist. He also did a duet with R&B Princess Kyla in the song “Ang Aking Puso.”
