Jennifer Rosales and Dorothy Delasin win women’s World Cup of Golf
Jennifer Rosales and Dorothy Delasin of Team Philippines won the fourth edition of the Women’s World Cup of golf by two strokes over South Korea held in Sun City, South Africa.
“This is a very big day for all Filipinos around the world and it will definitely be good for golf in the Philippines,” Rosales said. Delasin added: “The putt on 17 was tough and I had an angel with me on the 18th. I had no fear.” Delasin and Rosales shared US$280,000 for first place.

@boyoyong and tank: its a pity to hear na hindi ninyo kilala si Jenny at Dorothy, both of these ladies have reaped honors for the country kahit noong amatuers pa sila, both were gold medallists sa Sea Games, Jenny was a former US NCAA Champion while Dorothy is a former US Amateur Golf Champion. Both have exceeded US$ 2 Million in career earning sa LPGA, both ladies had been awarded Athletes of the Year sa Pinas.
@Gloria: I dont like the sarcasm in your comment, you are undermining what these ladies have done for the country, it is the highest prize one can achieved and win in the sport of Golf. Anyhow, just remember, TO BE LUCKY ONE MUST BE GOOD FIRST!!!

alam mo GLORIA sa tingin q kase natural lng na matuwa ka pag kapwa pilipino mo may mga achievements. i just wonder now kung tao ka ba? masyado ka nman atang bitter … sooo selfish…ndi masaya para sa kapwa! & u dont even need LIFE? nakakaawa ka nman plang talaga!
