That is what it is… My heart is filled with so much gratitude lalong –lalo na sa ABS-CBN for trusting Jon to have his own show- “Kapitan Boom.” It really is a special treat to all proud Jon Avila fanatics. Grabeh?! In just a short amount of time mula ng i- launch siya through PBB Celeb Ed.2… Heto’t bidang – bida na siya in one exciting TV project! Very light and comical naman ang theme nung show, kaya I’m quite sure na Jon would easily deliver whatever the role demands. Kahit na ba’t baguhan pa siya sa entertainment industry. A superhero character fits him perfectly. I mean, Jon absolutely possesses both the “mesmerizing look” at “grand stature.” At kung totoo man na, “sablay” diumano itong si Kapitan Boom… Jon could totally pull it off! Everyone knows na he’s one heck of a funny man. Sobrang nakaka-tawa at nakaka- aliw siya back then, when he was still a celebrity housemate. Dedma na lang sa mga detractors at naninira pa kay Jon! Ang masasabi ko lang, never underestimate any Hot Newcomer, who proves to have a vast fan base. At hindi lang good looks ang ma-o offer ni Jon! Nag-si sipag naman siya to do well with his craft! Mismo sila Boy Abunda & Kris Aquino na ang nag- te testify patunkol doon (Boy& Kris; April 10, 2008 “Papawis Tayo” episode). Nakaka-tuwa at only the nicest thing ang nasabi ng parehong TV host kay Jon; yung determination niya to excel as an actor at ang good relationship niya with his mother. No wonder, the guy is so blessed! Basta ako, aabangan ko ang weekly mini-serye ni Jon! I hope magka- DVD copy din… Para naman I can enjoy it over and over again!!! An ANSWERED PRAYER!
