Jovito Salonga resigns from UP Sigma Rho
Former Senate President Jovito R. Salonga has resigned as a member of the UP Sigma Rho following the group’s involvement in the death of 20-year-old Cris Anthony Mendez.
Mendez died last August 27 due to severe bruises he suffered from a hazing ritual linked to the fraternity.
