Juan Dontugan Surrenders

The murder suspect in the Julia Campbell slay surrendered to the Ifugao police this afternoon.


Juan Dontugan was accompanied by his mother when he was turned in at around 3:20pm also confessed to the killing. Dontugan was the prime suspect based on accounts of three boys who said that they saw the woodcarver carrying Campbell’s bag.
