Karylle – Chalk magazine Philippines May 2009
Karylle (Ana Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari in real life) is on the cover of the May 2009 issue of Chalk Magazine, the Philippines best selling read for students.
The 28-year-old singer-actress talks about what it is like being the daughter of the Divine Diva, Zsazsa Padilla and growing up with in a broken family. Also featured in the said issue are three members of ASAP’s Gigger Boys – Enchong Dee, Arron Villaflor, and Sam Concepcion.

Karylle had the chance to step into stardom when she was still in GMA 7. Sadly, she FAILED. She was given her first acting stint in “Twin Hearts”. It was followed by “Love To Love: Season 4” with Dingdong Dantes. Her big break in her acting career came when she did the role of Sanggre Alena in the award-winning hit fantasy series Encantadia. She was also one of the mainstays in the top-rating SOP which provided her an area for her singing talent.
Despite these opportunities; she remains a “starlet” because she has no “superstar quality,” and has a “bland” aura. She also made a malicious rift with Marian Rivera with her infamous smile.
Now, she’s doing her last ditch of hope to re-capture the opportunities…

Buti na lang lumipat c karylle sa abs..idol ko na sya!..prang nagugugstuhan ko na rin yung magiging love triangle nila nina jericho rosales and kristine hermosa..ibabalik na natin ang “Pangako Sa’yo days” na sumikat pa sa ibang bansa sa name na “The Promise”..Sino ba ang makakalimot kina Amor Powers at Madam Claudia?..haha.. I really like her simplicity and I hope she would reach her stardo ’cause honestly, she deserved it.

marian has all the beauty she can get………although, almost all of her beauty is fake……..start from the teeth, the nose, the b*obs and the tummy…….but i admire her because when we were together in Enteng…..nilalabas niya tunay na ugali…….mura ng mura…….and the way she laughs…palengkera….its because she is a spaniard. Karylle is educated, demure and brainy..beautiful din, sayang nga siya at binitawan pa ni dingdong…..its dingdong’s loss. all of her is original….walang retoke….nice a*s also….she is a beautiful person inside, out….basta kay Pokwang pa rin ako……..
