Summit Media launches its latest title — Women’s Health Philippines, which is a magazine for women that features a healthy balance of articles on food and nutrition, fitness, health and well-being, sex and relationships, fashion, and beauty.

KC Concepcion is on the cover of the maiden issue where she shared her thoughts about wellness. “I really like being busy, except in the end, you start thinking, you’re working like a machine,” says KC Concepcion, “And the people around you are not machines. You need to build relationships with them. One of my resolutions for this year is to have that real balance” she said.

The premiere issue of Women’s Health is available in newsstands and bookstores nationwide for 125 pesos.
