Kristine Hermosa’s SUV slams into motorcycle, kills boy

Police have arrested the driver of actress Kristine Hermosa after her Hyundai sports utility vehicle (SUV) collided head on with a motorcycle, killing 16-year-old JR Davis and seriously wounding her girlfriend, Mayzel de Guzman along Governor’s Drive in Garita Village in Maragondon, Cavite on Sunday afternoon.
Hermosa had just come from a taping of Prinsesa ng Banyera when the incident happened. The motorcycle apparently had cut into the lane of the SUV in an attempt to overtake their vehicle. Hermosa’s driver, Francisco Manarang Jr., 32, is now in the custody of the Cavite police.
