Laarni Losala and Iñaki Ting - Probationary Scholars
Laarni and Iñaki emerged as this week’s probees in the recently concluded Pinoy Dream Academy season 2 First Probation Night.
4 scholars got the lowest scores this week and they are Bea, Christian, Laarni, and Iñaki. Christian was saved by the mentors while Bea was saved by the other scholars. The fate of Laarni and Iñaki are now in the hands of the televiewers through SMS votes and the result will be announced on the next Gala Night.

Kay Christian baka 4th or 5th Probation nyan ay tanggal na yan wala ako makita sa kanya para makapasok sa 8 list of scholar or even 6 scholars na maglalaban sa Araneta, still i’m looking forward to Liezel sana may gawing Transformation ang PDA sa kanya.

natira ang dalawang ito dahil ang isa, hindi nakisama sa mga kagrupo dahil sa lack of confidence. yung isa naman, antipatiko at overconfident ang dating. ayan tuloy, come voting time ay si bea ang nakapasok: siya kasi nagluluto for their group, mahusay siyang makisama. syempre siya ang pipiliin. kung tutuusin, hindi valid ang marami sa reasons na binigay ng iba, lalo na yung kay christian, for voting the way they did. kung development lang ng talent ang pag-uusapan, di hamak na may talent itong si laarni, kaya nga ganun nalang din ang pagka disappointed ni ryan c sa kanya. yun nga lang, hindi ganun kadaling lumutas ng emotional hangups ng isang tao, lalo na kung nag ugat ito mula pagkabata pa. remember, she was maltreated and beaten by her father as a child, at lumayas siya ng bahay nila at 15 dahil ayaw na niya ng magulo. that kind of trauma is hard to overcome. that she found the courage to even audition for PDA is already a miracle in itself.

Sayang at hindi na-i-vote ng co-scholars niya si Laarni Siya ang mas may potential at dapat na i-develop nang husto unlike Bea na sa tingin ko eh puro pa-cute lang ang alam. It just happened na magaling makisama si Bea sa loob ng academy compared to Laarni na lack of confident at self-esteem.

Well nag changed na ang mind ko bea she deserves to be in the the house nag improve kasi sya and to be honest i was surprised by her performance i really hope na maka ligtas siya this week even though nasa bottom 4 siya she deserves to stay for another week.Which ginawa ng fellow scholars at tama naman ang ginawa ng fellow scholars at i am sure na matutuwa yan si miguel.
Well kay christian naman nalungkot ako nasa bottom 4 siya cguro wrong song choice lang.I am happy na niligtas sya ng faculty.

Ako po ay taga mindanao happy ako naka pasok si laarni nung una dahil sya ay nakapasok kaso lang na dissapoint ako nung saturday it was just a MESS and to be honest everything went wrong for her on saturday.Si inaki naman his performance is FORGETABLE and he really struggled his performance.Sino ang i save ko to be honest i will not vote either one of them i am not happy with there performances.

dapat c christian at iñaki ang napunta sa probation.. kung tutuusin talaga mas maganda ang pagkakakanta ni laarni keysa kina bea, iñaki, at christian.. kaya nga natuwa ako nung narinig ko ung gus2ng iligtas nina cris at hansen eh.. kc binase nila ung bnigay nilang votes dun sa performance, hindi dahil close nila… but it doesn’t mean n i really like laarni, mas diserving lang kc talaga sya.. try to watch her videos in youtube!!

many dont understand na ganyan ang culture natin
in the province… that we dont talk to others unless
we are invited. that we dont butt in to other people’s
conversation unless our opinion is needed/asked.
others find it odd but it is our way of showing respect.

laarni is more deserving she has a lot to show. shes humble she doesnt quarrel with anyone but they love (jet,bea, inaki and apple) to fight with her. buti na lang mabaait at likas na maganda ang kalooban nya.Iboto cya natin para magstay si inaki and paalisin ang yabang at gumagawa ng kwento para pagusapan. kala ko mayaman ciya wala pala cyang breeding…. hambog ka inaki, jet at bea…..

Ewan ko bakit ang init init ng ulo ng Bea na yan kay Laarni, mukang naiinggit kasi siya naman talaga pinakapangit ang boses sa lahat !!! and I think nakapasok lang yang Bea na yan dahil kay Miguel, yang si Inyucky na yan gumawa pa ng istorya na may 3rd eye siya para siraan si Laarni, kala naman nya makukuha nya simpatya ng taong bayan, sana talaga ampunin na siya ng Pupilars tutal kulang naman sila para balance,

go laarnie! she’s much more better than the other. inaki is mayabang. i dont think may 3rd eye yan. pinaparinggan lang niya si laarnie kasi maraming naiinis sa kanya. laarnie can change her attitude easily with the help of her best friends in the academy,. SEN and CRIS. laarnie should be saved. INAKI MUST GET OUT

Many contoversy arises in accordance to the said favoritism of Pinoy Dream Academy Headmaster Ryan Cayabyab. In one instance, during her twelfth gala performance night, Headmaster Ryan Cayabyab was not clapping his hands[40] after Laarni has sung her rendition of a native song, Waray-waray, when in fact, the other mentors are clapping. National radio has also written an article about a said persecution of her co-scholars.[41]The radio article even said
“ The mentors led by head master Ryan Cayabyab came up with a plan that appears to be designed to eliminate Laarni from the contest. They pitted all the contestants in a one on one dual singing competition with the loser automatically being placed on probation and up for elimination from the show. Laarni was assigned to compete against Liezel who was selected as the best talent on the show three weeks in a row. The mentors chose the songs they were to sing. Liezel was given a popular hit song that complimented her voice and viewers could relate to. Laarni was given a song that was complex and not popular. [42] ”
The article went on saying
“ TThe producers of the show appear to be salivating and foaming at the mouth as the tension in the house intensified which primarily emanated from five of the six member 18-year-old group. And who was to blame? Laarni…. the girl with the strongest voice of all 16 contestants who have been on the show. A girl whom the 18-year-olds despised and tried to rid themselves of. A girl who cracked from the tension and is a candidate for being victim number four to fall by the wayside of another dropout of this ridiculous show from stress. All of this negativity is towards a young girl who loves to ….. SING.[43]
With Laarni the said they wanted to challenge her (translation - put her in a tough spot to force her out of the competition). They assigned her Bohemian Rhapsody sung by Freddie Mercury of Queen which is one of the most difficult songs anyone could sing. Mercury and American Idol’s Michael Johns are the only singers that I’ve ever herd do justice to the song and Mercury is dead. It’s a song that is so difficult that if you had the choice you would pass. Laarni didn’t have that choice. It was as if the mentors were trying to kill off Laarni.[44]
The mentors have given Liezel and Bugoy commercial songs that enhance the commercial side of their talent while they assign Laarni songs that are more about challenging her and trying to expose her weakness rather than display her strong commercial talent. Her rendition of Natural Woman is exactly they type of song that shows her true commercial strength, songs that the viewing audience can relate to. The mentors choice of Bohemian Rhapsody for her resulted in Laarni being in the bottom four. By miraculous divine intervention apparently given their guilt they saved Laarni from viewer voting which she overwhelmingly won the previous week
