Lauro Vizconde, the husband and father of the victims who were killed in 1991 has reportedly cried and even fainted after hearing about the decision of the Supreme Court on Tuesday acquitting Hubert Webb and 6 others.

“Nangyari na ang aking kinatatakutan… Wala na kong panawagan… Wala nang katarungan dito sa ating bansa,” said Vizconde. “Ginawa ko lahat ng magagawa ko sa tulong ng lahat ng nagmamalasakit sa akin. Pero wala. Maski mga dasal ko, parang hindi dininig. Wala akong masasabi sa kanila basta sa kabilang buhay, doon na lang po kami husgahan pare-pareho.” he added.
