Binibining Pilipinas Universe Lia Andrea Ramos will represent the Philippines in the coming Miss Universe which will be held on July 23, 2006 at Los Angeles, California. She hails from Davao and is a BS Psychology graduate of UP Diliman.

sayang. I was hoping she would at least get in the top 20. But I’m more devastated that Miss Japan, who had a more interesting and succint answer, did not win!
