Local Website Aims to Help Filipinos Save On Fuel Purchases
TipidGas.com, a Pinoy version of oil price watch/monitoring sites abroad aims to help Filipino consumers by providing fuel price information to users through the use of an interactive map.
The site, like the other sites it is based upon, depends on like-minded volunteers sharing info so that others are better informed where to find cheaper fuel for their next fill up. The site also features news feeds and forums related to fuels and motoring.
Do you think people will be willing to volunteer and share price info?

This site will be effective as long as all gasoline stations will comply in updating their prices. I tried to browse the site yet all stations that I passed through during my day to day driving, does not have any information.
