Makati Scandal

Former vice-mayor Roberto Brillante of Makati on Thursday filed administrative charges with the Department of the Interior and Local Government against the Makati City government for allegedly maintaining 600 ghost employees at the city hall.

Named respondents in the case are Mayor Jejomar Binay, Vice-Mayor Ernesto Mercado and 16 city councilors.
