Mau Marcelo is the 1st Philippine Idol

You read it right. Mau Marcelo is the first ever Philippine Idol. She will receive a recording contract from Sony BMG, 1 Million Pesos, and many more.
Jan Nieto and Gian Magdangal, on the other hand will receive 250,000 each courtesy of Tony Cojuangco.
Some of the Highlights:
Aiza Seguerra and Pow Chavez sang together to the tune of Pagdating ng Panahon and Power of Two.
Apple Chiu and Jeli Mateo, Drae Ybañez, Reymond Sajor, and Ken Dingle sang and danced with the Sexbomb Singers and Dancers
Arms and Stef sang with Francis M (wearing Francis M Clothing) to the tune of Bring me to Life
Gary Valenciano had a solo performance
