i wanted the convenience of using a dual sim phone so i decided to but the myphone Q22 last June 2010 and after a month, i had a problem charging it (usb based). i went to the service center in pasig (near astoria) and they repaired it without any questions since it was still under warranty. after 2 days, i had the same problem (seems that workmanship of this phone is extremely poor) so i went back to the same service center and since this was my 2nd time, they DENIED to service the phone for free. THE MANAGER even said that she needs to charge me if they are to fix it because THIS IS DUE TO CUSTOMER’S MISUSE of the phone. i was so disappointed/frustrated and tried to talk my way in on having the phone fix for free but to no avail. i asked her on how can she tell that it was due to misuse if the phone’s workmaship cheap? i showed her my very old sonyericsson functioning phone for comparison and she just stared at me and said that i cannot compare the myphone to such branded phones. since i want to get value for my hard-earned money, i am still using the phone to date and for the phone to function, i bought one of those generic battery chargers. another new problem that the phone has is that they keyboard gets stuck once you switch it on. you have to do a lot of keystrokes before you can use it. SO FOR THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING TO BUY MYPHONE, PLEASE, PLEASE INVEST YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Let me know if you have questions.
