NAMFREL’s Partial Unofficial Tally (Quick Count)

Only a couple of days before the election and THE National Citizen’s Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL) is still not fully ready for the upcoming elections as far as their quick count is concerned.
Only more than 70% of NAMFREL chapters have been reactivated. There are delays in the far-flung areas of the country. Nevertheless, they doused speculations by assuring the public that they would be finished before the national elections on May 14.
