For the first time in Cavs history, they’re the Eastern Conference Champions and are on their way to the NBA finals when they beat Detroit Pistons 98-82 in Game 6.
The unsung hero for this game was second-round pick from Texas Daniel Gibson. He made three 3-pointers in the first 2:16 of the fourth and drilled another long-range jumper with 6:52 left. He had a total of 31 points, 19 of which he made in the fourth quarter. LeBron James had 20 points and 14 rebounds.
