  1. nyahaha Says:

ayusin muna dapat ng smartbro yung internet connection nila….

minsan mabilis, kadalasan naman ay mabagal

yan pa eh sigurado mabagal rin yan!

  2. ashlvin Says:

    Korak!

Actually im using SMARTBro internet Plan 999

    sumtyms its slow…..the…high….then…disconnected…

Is it a tactic?

  4. teamkapamilya Says:

yah! manuel pangilinan should do something about this

  5. twisted faith Says:

YEP its tactic, pag wla kang connection pahirapan pa sa pag apply nang refund tapos yung mga call center agent wlang alam kundi balik2x yung tanong…. then talaga problema nila yung biglang nag disconnct then sasabihan kanalng may problema ang base station…. yung refund ko noon worth 2 weeks na ty….yan ang smart bro ang pambansang broadband….

  6. Asakapa Says:

Guyz which is better to have, SMART bro or Globe? Balak ko kasi magsubscribe e.

  7. hellOh Says:

    Globe pare ko..

  8. fattyacid Says:

hay ako rin smartbroken 999. kung may globe dsl lang dito sa place ko yun sana ang gamit ko. if i were them tanggalin na nilang 799 plan na yan…pamurahin nila yung unlimited at gawing 999 na rin tutal intermittent rin namna ang connection nila e.

  9. Asakapa Says:

    okay thank you sa inyo…..:-)

  10. bubuyog Says:

PWE!

  11. jackass Says:

Na-edit out ung maganda kong comment. Ano ba ‘to? Lokohan!

  12. dewdew Says:

  13. tikbalang Says:

ok ang smart bro kc pati skycable sagip ng signal nila… he he

  14. kirovian Says:

  15. kepweng Says:

hahaha comment n nman ako d2 sa smart bro.. as expcted nagmurang kamatis ang mga plan broadband bundles nila PANO KC FLOP bwahahaha MAGKANO NB UNG WIRELESS ROUTER na sold seperately? 4.5k pa ren ba? haha GOT 3 LETTER WORD FOR THESE LOSERS “A-S-A” im so rude togoins

  16. jedi Says:

wlang kwenta yan. ksi pati mobile calls choppy na rin. malamang yung sun broadband flop rin. if only bayantel can provide a wireless dsl like smartbro. ok yun ksi maganda ang telco facilities ng bayantel. tas hiwalay pa submarine cable nila sa ibang carriers.

  17. Gladiator Says:

SmartBro is evil. Gusto lang nila kunin ang pera mo. I asked my mother to subscribe in SmartBro pero nilagay niya na name sa akin, then siya yong representative ko, ok lang daw yon sabi ng SmartBro. Tinggap nila yong cash kahit walang authorization letter from me, pero di na tuloy yong installation dahil marami pa silang alibi.

  18. city boie Says:

ang mahriap sa smart bro kung kaylan gngamit mu na. bglang mawawala ung connections.so, ung remaining na minutes mu kinain na nila.grabe sana gawin nlng nilang per second or per minute ang billing lalu sa kgaya kong prepaid ang gamit.o kaya mas mainam pa kung per MB nlng dun cgurado pa akong d ako malulugi.kpag d nag download o upload mliit lng kkainin saung load.wla ring problema khit mgbal ang connections nila.kc per MB ang billing eh.

  19. Janx ka nagkakamali Says:

cityboi, hindi na applicable ang per mb nowadays.. mas mainam na per minute ang charging ng SMART.. like for my case.. im a smartbro prepaid user.. mas ok mxdo kung per minute.. pero with in terms to SMART BROKEN 999 plan.. bullsh*t ang hina.. kaya nga hindi ko na binyaran ang smart.. at hindi ko na rin ibinalik yung antenna canopy nila.. It’s their loss not mine.. a canopy cost 8-12K pesos!! yah!…

  20. fr0stbyte Says:

Back in 2006 SmartBRO’s download speed was 312kbps on my end. After a mishap with the base station (and an upgrade it seems) I always clocked at 512kbps, all day, everyday (both on torrents and downloads) except when there’s a massive storm on the loose. Pero masyado nang dumami ang subscribers within our subdivision. End result is yung download speed ko ngaun ranges from 450kbps to 512kbps, which is still good if you sum it up. I think connection disruptions tend to happen in provinces and rural areas. I’m just thankful that I’m lucky enough to be residing in Muntinlupa.
But I’m still praying (as in) na dagdagan nila ung DL and UL speed for each customer. They fail to invest more in their infrastructure. End result is, we, the customers suffer and share the available bandwidth.
The download speed of our ISPs are way behind those of other developing countries (though we should be thankful that we actually have internet access unlike other countries).

  21. loida Says:

    hai naku!!!

    globe dsl with landline or
    pldt dsl with landline???

  22. china Says:

Haiiiii…….pinoy!!!! pra d p kyo mgkasala ng matindi dahil sa pagmumura nyo bakit d n lng kyo mgrequest na i shut off ang mga company’s n hndi mgnda ang service……
