No classes in Metro Manila on Monday due to SONA 2009 and Iglesia ni Cristo anniversary

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announced that there will be no classes in all levels in Metro Manila on Monday, July 27, 2009.

This is in anticipation of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s State of the Nation Address (SONA 2009) and Iglesia Ni Cristo’s (INC) grand anniversary. Meanwhile, only classes in the elementary level are cancelled in the National Capital Region (NCR).
