No foul play in Didith Reyes’ death
Former singer actress Didith Reyes (Helen Sta. Maria in real life) was found dead early Wednesday morning at the residence of a friend in Domingo village in Biñan, Laguna.
The body of Reyes was found around 5AM at the house of Derly Antolin. According to Antolin, Reyes went to her residence three days earlier with bruises on her body. Antolin said Reyes was apparently sideswiped by a vehicle. Police found no evidence of foul play as the autopsy result revealed that she died of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis and heart attack. She was 60 years old.
Didith became popular singer in the 70s. She popularized OPM songs, such as “Araw-araw, gabi-gabi,” “Bakit Ako Mahihiya?,” and “Nananabik.”

She was very popular when I was late elementary and early high school, puro juke box pa nun kasi wala pang masyado local music sa radios e. She even became more popular among her contemporaries like Claire dela Fuente and Eva Eugenio. She was he most “kikay” among them, I remember.
It is just unfortunate that her life would end like this. Well, another life story that I think we should learn from.

acute pancreatitis also known as bangungot same with marky cielo uso ngyon ang bangungot guys,, avoid eating heavy meals b4 slip..nd be aware for d early signs of pancreatitis which is abdominal pain/stomach pain radiating to the back….
