I would always receive a promotional text from 4168, in which, I am not subscribed at all. The problem is that of 2.50 pesos is automatically subtracted from my load every time I receive this “AD”. This is getting outrageous as it goes on and on and I don’t have any idea how to get rid of this. Please help us by stopping this another form of thievery from Smart. Thank you and more power.

I received a text message from a certain ATTY. ALBERT C. CHUA, informing me that i won 780,000 pesos plus a laptop. In the message he asked me to call which i did not for i know this is a scam. my point is, is there no other way where you can trace the source of this text? Here is the number 09393533392 fo the said person.

My daughter passaload 10.00 from my cellphone. Before she did it, she check the balnce. It has 32.00. After the transfer of 10.00, I check the balance. I has only 16.00. Clearly, the SMART has taken 5.00 from my load. I am now calling the attention of NTC. Please, act on this

My kid passaload Php10.00 from my cellphone. before she did it she checked the balance which is Php32.00. After the transfer of SMART has looted me Php5.00. Many times my kids were complaining about lost cellphone load without being used. I, even noticed the same with my own. Now. I am calling the attention of NTC to act on this.
