Pangandaman sues Bambee de la Paz over blog entry
18-year-old Marie Dhel “Bambee” de la Paz was reportedly sued for libel by Nasser Pangandaman Jr., who is the mayor of Masiu, Lanao del Sur over her blog entry about the mauling incident at Valley Golf and Country Club, Antipolo City last December 26.
The mayor’s lawyer, Ted Pastrana said Bambee was sued for libel for the defamatory and malicious articles which she had written in her blog Vicissitude. The blog’s contents had triggered angry responses against the Pangandamans from bloggers nationwide.
Pangandaman said the one-sided accounts of the incident in the news and on the Internet that favored the De la Paz family have already tarnished their reputation.
The mayor is not seeking any compensation from Bambee because the case is criminal in nature, Pastrana added.

Bambee was a former schoolmate of mine. Our school taught us to practice SOCIAL JUSTICE.
But What the hell. She was actually telling the truth.
She’s an EDUCATED person.
So, why would she spill false news about the said incident?

its a good thing lumabas sa media tungkol sa incident. kilalang kilala sa amin na masamang tao si mayor pangandaman. kung hindi lumabas sa media yan. they’r be dead by now. these are powerful people, that DOJ investigation is just a show. so dont expect any justice.

Both sides should be given their day in court. Hindi naman dahil pinakitang dugu-duguan ang mga De la Paz at nagkwento si Bambee sa kanyang blog eh yun na ang 100% buong katotohanan. Malas lang ng mga Pangandaman at hindi sila marunong mag-blog eh, ano? Dahil ba ang isang tao ay marunong mag-blog eh mga santo na sila?

lumabas sa desisyon ng board of directors ng VGCC na ang matandang Dela Paz ang nagsimula ng gulo nang paluin niya ng golf umbrella si Nasser Jr. bukod pa sa pagpapaulan ng golf balls sa hole na kinalalagyan ni Nasser Jr.
Dahil sa ginawang iyon ng matandang Dela Paz ay “banned for life” na siya sa paglalaro sa Valley Golf dahil sa kanyang expulsion samantalang si Secretary Pangandaman ay suspen-ded for two years dahil nga sa kanyang dalawang anak na nasangkot sa away.
Masaya si Secretary Pangandaman sa naging desisyon ng VGCC dahil lumabas na ang katotohanan at pagkatapos ng tatlong linggo ay napatunayan na ring si Dela Paz, at hindi ang kanyang mga anak, ang nagsimula ng gulo noong Dis¬yembre 26.

agreed ako sa sinabi ni femme, basahin niyo mga ingot kayo..yan ang taong nag-iisip! di tulad niyo walang alam kundi mang husga sa kapwa kahit hindi pa napapatunayan..
hndi niyo alam ang nangyari don, hindi ang pangandaman ang nagsimula ng gulo. ganun ang mga maranao. hindi ka nila pakikialaman kung wala kang ginagawang masama sa kanila, pero once na kinanti mo sila, naku magtago kana sa pinanggalingan mo. mabuting kaibigan ang mga pangandaman pero masama silang kaaway, kung hindi kayo naniniwala punta kayo sa kanila at makipag-kaibigan or makipag-away para makita niyo sinasabi ko.

Its a good thing Bambee is into this blogging frenzy that she was able to air her side of the story. As expected, her blog would picture them as victims. Its jsut sad that the Pangandaman are not into the blogging world and Bambee beat them to publicizing the incident. Still, it doesnt mean that the de La Paz are completely innocent on the incident. I dont believe that that the Pangandamans would have reacted in such grave manner if they were not provoked.
Nagkataon na nagkatagpo ang parehas na mayabang na pamilya kaya ayan ang kinahantungan. Sige magdemandahan kayo. Hayaan niyo ang korte maghusga.

hay naku pati bata pinatulan, hay naku… pinatulan niya na nga ang ama at kapatid ng blogger at dahil dun nagrereklamo sya sa mga responses ng mga blogger how much more kung ang blogger mismo. The moment that we hear a news bout down throttling our blogger friend, for sure babahain sya ng negative feedbacks from bloggers nationwide. Mag-isip2x naman sana sya kung meron sya nun palibhasa kasi. BLOGGING is one of the strongest form of media NOW! alam nya ba yun? Edi gumawa sya ng sariling blog nya at dun sya gumawa ng mga ego centered posts nya about himself na walang enta.

kakabamaputi have your own opinion but you can’t change ours. please don’t deviate the issue on religion okay? sheesh… go worship the mayor! for us, he is a big disappointment of what leaders should be doing. He is supposed to be a leader, either way he should have done the right thing , sadly that right thing for him that time was abusing even a very small boy. if I did that to your family member even if I’m in the right side would you still consider that as fair. Of course not! Think! think!
Leaders should know what to do even in scenarios like that.

It’s not about religion honey. It’s about fighting for our right. U shud know how yabang the dela Paz’s, they thought they own the place at kahit manggulo sila, they will still appear to be the victim kasi nga yun ang drama sa Pilipinas, ang kokonti ang syang api kaya ngpapakaapi din sila para makahothot at makahingi ng sympathy. Buti nalang, d golf course were very intelligent in giving they judgement. Haha BAnned for life ang inabot nila. JUSTICE is SERVED jan palang. Watch out for the FALL of Dela PAz.
