Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled that Paris Hilton must serve out her entire 45-day sentence in jail rather than in her Hollywood Hills home.
“It’s not right!” shouted the weeping Paris, who violated her parole in a reckless driving case. “Mom!” she called out to her mother.
Just over 72 hours of time spent in jail, Paris went from her jail cell to their Hollywood Hills home. Sheriff’s officials sent her home under house arrest after a visit from Paris’ psychiatrist cited an “undisclosed medical condition”.
Paris Hilton could still be released early. Inmates are given a day off their terms for every four days of good behavior, and her days in home detention counted as time served.
