PayPal just recently allowed Filipino users to withdraw their funds directly to their local bank account.

Hi just wanted to ask yung naklagay na it can be withdrawn sa credit card? how will that work? kase i tried registering my bdo savings kaso ayaw nya. sabi sa bdo di pa daw sila ata ayos ng paypal? hope you can help me out. Thanks!
