PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity Winners 2009

Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu more popularly known here in the Philippines as San Chai, was named Asia’s Sexiest Vegetarian woman for 2009 by Peta (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) Asia-Pacific.

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor, meanwhile, was named Asia’s Sexiest Vegetarian man for 2009. Our very own Geneva Cruz was hailed the Philippines’ sexiest vegetarian 2009 edging other Filipino contenders, which include Lougee Basabas, Yasmien Kurdi, Chin-Chin Gutierrez, Raymond Bagatsing, Cory Quirino, and Alicia Mayer.

Geneva even reportedly garnered more votes than international stars Natalie Portman, Hayden Panettiere, Russell Brand, and Leona Lewis in the online poll.

PETA Asia-Pacific, an affiliate of PETA US, is dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals.
