A study made earlier this month by Google showed that the Philippines’ Internet speed is the 2nd slowest in the world, next only to Indonesia.
The Philippines has an average Web page loading speed on desktops of 15.4 seconds while Indonesia’s average is 20.3 seconds.
In contrast, Slovak Republic and South Korea have the fastest Internet speeds with 3.3 and 3.5 seconds average loading speeds, respectively.

Venezuela – 14.9 seconds
Malaysia – 14.3 seconds
Argentina – 12.8 seconds
Brazil – 11.8 seconds
Peru – 11.7 seconds
