PLDT Landline Plus (Wireless Landline)

THE Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company, through its PLDT Landline Plus, is now offering wireless telephone service. Watch its funny TV ad after the jump.

The service is said to operate in places with Smart cellsites. There are several advantages of the PLDT Landline Plus, one is that it is cheaper than the conventional landline and you can also use it within a radius of 1.5 kilometers. This must be PLDT’s response to Bayan’s wireless landline service which is endorsed by Vhong Navarro.

    i’m so excited to have a PLDT Plus Landline, yet i felt disapointed after I found out na every after 10 minutes of talk with my caller the line was cut, and he have to call al over again and again same thing happens, then when i report this to pldt hot line its very sad coz I didn’t get the service that i deserve after all i paying it in a monthly basis. I felt I was joked and folled coz PLDT demo. person didn’t even inform me about the limited 10 mininute call for incoming calls. SO SAD DI BA? when you feel so excited and then it turns out something limited edi sana I choose telesulit na lang

    dont worry, whatever it is that you’re experiencing are all temporary. im positive that soon, we’ll all enjoy PLDT Landline Plus without the hassles of getting cut every 10mins. Iba pa rin ang may PLDT Landline… mas maganda talaga ang signal kesa sa BAYAN.

    The PLDT lnadline plus service here in Laguna promises nothing but crop! It’s hard to find signal grabe! we have to climb to our rooftop just to get a good (but not clear signal!) Hay! kailian kaya tayo aasenso, nakapunta na tao sa buwan ah!

    hay naku wag kaYong maniwala sa PLDT LANDLINE PLUS PREPAID NAYAN!! I purchased one SIM at PLDT Cubao on March 24, 2008, It worked ok when calling PLDT but when i REACHED TANDANG SORA, NIA viallage, i cant call BAYANTEL. ganun din sa globelines di ako matawagan ; at pag prepaid ng globe ang mag tetext, di ma send kanit may load pa; so I decided not to load P300 pesos after consusing the initial P50 load.

Poor service.WAG KAYONG BIBILI NG PLDT INSTANT LANDLINE, ngexpire ung plan 50 ko w/n that day ngload ako P115, stil i cant make outgoing calls wala rin incoming. tumatawag me sa customer service nila, 2 days na wala nagentertain sakin.     I just bought a PLDT Plus SIM yesterday for P200, though sabi sa package P100 nalang. Anyway, ok naman sya dito sa makati. as if landline talaga. 100% ng tawag pasok landline to my PLDT PLUS PRE-PAID.

    I’m very satisfied. Bukas uwi ako sa bulacan il check kung saan ang weak points nya.

    Good for the people of Makati having good service and signal and all! pero to think we’re in the same country and nasa Luzon pa, neighbor lang ng Metro Manla very very poor service and signal dito sa Santa Rosa near Enchanted Kami ha? We already filed a complaint at their web site and even went to their PLDT branch at LTI, We wanted to return the PLP back but to our surprise we were asked to pay pa for a disconnection fee worth P2,500!! grabe no?! ikaw na nga dehado ikaw pa rin magbabayad? and plus their personnel esp. the cashier is very annoying like she didn’t have any customer relation ha we were really upset na nga tapos ganun pa! hay naku, only in thhe philippines to talaga!!! puro reklamo at sumbong lang naman nangyayari dito sa bansa wala naman talagang aksyon na matino! pansinin nyo mga balita pareho pareho na lang di ba???

    OO guys! Nanggaling nga yang PLDT landline plus sa malaking Telco company pero PALPAK talaga serbisyo nyan. Hindi mo lang agad mahahalata dahil PLDT. Sa mga pinoy sikat!
    Nagkaron kami nyan dati sabi nila local calls lang dito sa area namin kahit ibang network. Nakupo nung ginamit na namin grabe sinisingil sa aming charges. Kahit sa malapit lang kami tumawag long distance charge na. Ibato nga ng tatay ko sa bintana! Nag Globe pre-paid na lang kami. Walang pinagkaiba yan sa smartbro plug it. Hindi naman broadband at hindi totoo na nationwidest. Panay pangloloko lang yang PLDT at SMART na yan. Magkakutsaba!

    pangit serbisyo d2 Nueva Ecija. First 2 months lang maayos. after that, wala na. putol na. 2 times n kami nagreklamo sa PLDT Cabanatuan. Panay pangako. Sabi within 24 hours balik serbisyo. Wala rin. 1 year na amin last May. Nagtiis kami magbayad baka kasi kasuhan kami. May mga charges gaya ng SMS samantalang di nga namin magamit. Mga *$%@#&^%$$# nila. Maliwanag na panloloko. Ito ang scam. dapat maimbestigahan sa congress.

    i have a prepaid sim card which i bought lang ng P100, im using my extra samsung phone, at ang ganda. anywhere pde ka tawagan at la problem when it comes to signal hehehehe . . . bow to PLDT :)

    PLDT Iligan is not Pure PLDT..its with local share with old MARATEL.
    the internet home base connection can be shameful.

    Hi! subscriber ako ng PLDT landline plus PREPAID, yeah at first, di ko maintindihan kung bakit di ako maka tawag after reloading my account ng smart load. yun pala, kelangan dapat mag load ka rin ng pang monthly load ng PLDT prepaid load. ang load na smart na ilo-load mo will be used sa pag text ng ibang network. kung baga kelangan mo talaga ng 300 load to enjoy the free incoming, at makakatawag ka din sa langline at ng gsm. I tried it, and it works. I’m planning to subscribe pa nga sa postpaid eh.

    We purchased PLDT sim and yes it is operational only on pldt lines and smart networks… but it is very useful kasi pwede mong tawagan using bayantel phones but not vice versa. Very useful sya in our business kasi mura sya.

    I just need some info regarding overseas incoming calls to this PLDT Wirelss landline (post paid). I called their customer service inquiring why I can’t call my unit from Guam. They told me that I have to dial 00 +63 + 02 + my number. I tried and all combination that I can think off but I still can’t connect. One thing also is that all international calls except the USA starts with 011 + Country code + area code + number. Any help is much appreciated… Thanks

    Same tayo ng problem. November 11, 2009 ako nagdown ng 1,200 pesos sa PLDT Fairview branch ng PLDT wiereless landline plus internet..ung 990 plan. Until now wala pa signal..hindi ko pa magamit. Pag tawag sa 101-328 lagi sinasabi, wait for up to 48 hours para sa activation. Ayun umabot na ng more than a month wala pa rin activation na naganap. Hindi pa rin nman daw ako mabi-bill dahil di pa nagamit, pero ung excitement ko napanis na, wala na tuloy ako ganang ituloy yun, 24 months pa naman ang lock in period nun.

    nag avail ako ng pldt internet @ home, at first supper excited akong mag ka land line with internet, but very disappointed ako sa outcome, wala akong internet connection..kahit na inayos ko ng lahat and also called ung hot line., but wala paring epek. buti nalng d ko pa pinapadisconnect ung smart bro ko.

    I availed the PLDT landline plus postpaid..sabi nsa around 300 lang ata per month ang singil…additional sa landline ko na 850 per month…ngaun nagapply pa ako ulit ng isa pang landline plus postpaid..tpos nakakagulat kasi tong bill ko ngaung January lang..umabot ng 6,00o++!!!! Ano ba un? San nanggaling ung NON-RECURRING CHARGES daw nila????? ANo un? Akala ko ba sabi nyo unlimited calls throughout the country? Remember, ung TVC ni Edu Manzano pa nga un?

    We all have the same problem with this PDT Landline Plus Internet 990 plan we aqcuire this last december 2009.. My problem is everytime i open my pc to surf the web i need to log in to its Router through 192.168.0.1 to restore the factory setting or turn off the unit and turn on again cause i always get disconnected even though it says in the router it is connected but i cant connect to the internet, and one thing is they say its up to 512kbps but i only get less than 30 kbps speed connection, another problem is everytime i call somebody or somebody call me later on the line is gone or disconnected. I try calling the hot line 101-328 many times but all u got is dissappointment… until now im still suffering the wrong decision of having this PLDT service..

    One more thing… yung costumer service no.101-328 functional ba? Lahat ng calls ko puro music naririnig ko.. Kng tatawag ka namn sa PLDT na i-rerefer lng sa sa no. na to.. ika 3rd month ko na to and still hoping na baka madagdagan ang speed ng internet ko pero tama ung isang complaint 30kbps lng speed nito.. KALA ko 512 kbps? kng d pa to mababasa ng mga concern dyan.. ehem pls naman..

    wawa naman tayo. ako din ganun; umaasa sa kanilang pangako thru their advetisements na bilis kabit (internet@home); “pag uwi may internet na” but in my case, its more than two weeks pero la padin fone and internet. Isipin nyo pang dito ako sa metro manila (Q.C) and ilang kilometro lang ang layo mula sa kanilang transmitter and field offices…. call ka sa 101328, iho-hold call mo then, dika na babalikan. Pag same fone ginamit to call again, sure “music” nalang ang maririnig mo…

    ay naku nag apply ako sa pldt ng bundle plan nila na 990, pinapabayad muna ako bago nila sinusurvey yung area, tapos nagfollow-up ako pagdating nang 2-3weeks saka ko pa nalaman na cancelled daw yong application ko dahil daw crossing private property, ano ba yan kung hindi ako tumawag saka ko pa nalaman na cancelled daw, tapos ngayon ang advise nila ay mag submit daw ako ng authorization to authorize them na pwede silang magcross their property..submit naman ako tapos tumawag sila sa akin na hindi daw talaga pwede pero yong kapitbahay namin na malapit lang talaga sa amin wala namang problema, nakabitan naman sila…..ewan ko ba naghirap pa ako sa pabalikbalik sa pagpunta nang office nila tapos wala rin pala, pinapasubmit pa ako nang kung ano-ano tapos wala rin namang magawa….

    sadly, kung kelan nag-zero backlog ang pldt, wala na silang subscribers. mabuti nalang at nauso ang mobile phones. any offer from pldt is not reliable anymore. i tried pldt landline plus. worst service. yes, every 10 minutes napuputol ang call pag ikaw tinatawagan. kung ikaw naman ang tatawag, mabilis pa sa metro ng taxi ang patak ng consumption.

    bagong subscriber plang kme ng pldt internet@home,naghintay kmi ng 3 days pra mgamit nmin ung phone at internet at pagkalipas ng 1 week na defective yung modem..after that binalik ko ung modem at pinalitan nila at ganun prin nangyari na defective uli! so bumalik na naman ako s business office pra i report ung modem at pagdating ko dun nagkasignal uli ung modem at di nila pinalitan kc di nman daw defective so umuwi ako ginamit ko uli then after 1 wik uli na defective na naman!anak ng peste naman oh! PLDT pls solusyunan nyo problema nmin!

    ung return policy, magbabayad ka pa ng P5000 termination fee… d mo na nagamit ng maayos hihingian ka pa rin ng pahuling bayad….kaya ang yamanyaman ng pldt eh

    2 months na kong subscriber ng pldt internet@home na yan,,and to my disgust,,wala png one week,,puro sakit na ng ulo ang inabot ko sa internet buffered and never kong nagamit ang landline unit dihl wlang dial tone,,tinwagan ko na lhat ng pd kong twgan sa pldt na yan,,puro pangako ang customer service at kung san san kng hotline irerefer..bwisit tlg..npagod na kong mkpg away sa mga walng modong customer representative.hindi ko bnyadan ang 2 months subscription ko,until now my pesteng internet pa din ako.wla akong pakialam kung mgkademandahan.. Iba tlga ang PLDT,,puro perwisyo ang ibibigay sau

    well d ako naninira,, its just the signal dito sa amin cguro d maganda kaya ganito resulta sa akin. online gamers kasi ako pag ganitong connections baka magkakasakit ako sa puso nito.. puede cguro kng pa-FB FB lng but kahit nga FB nag hahang pa ang most of the time dc pa.. wew.. try mo na lng kng curious ka at your own risk,, malay natin malakas signal dyan sa inyo.. e d good!

    ang pinakamaganda sa lahat.. yung CUSTOMER’S HOTLINE.. music lng ng music kahit umagahin ka sa kahihintay d magsasawa sa kakaresponse.. ng MUSIC. that was before I am a user wireless too I dont now kng ganun pa rin.. but I dont care. try nyo na lng.. not all sa pldt bad, it so happen lng siguro na signal sa akin d good.. who knows..

    punta na lng po kayo sa nearest pldt and ask kng cge pa ang return modem policy.. ang pinagtataka ko since last year pa na marami na ang complaint but cge pa ang landlineplus?
    so sa gustong ma-confirm kng may return policy pa, drop-by na lng kayo sa pldt cgurado ko ma-e entertain kayo dun.

    dito po sa bac. cavite may nag offer po ng ganyang service sabi po sa amin after 3 days po ay may tatawag para po ibigay yung 7 digit number ng phone pero 1 week na wala pa rin po hanggang ilang araw po ba bago ma activate yung phone o di kaya mga nang loloko lang ba

    Super Palpak ang pldt wireless landline. I got two pa naman. You cant even cal 101-328 to complain. I have been waitiing since 9am but havent gotten anything but, ” your call is important to us…” Buti nalang I still havent stopped my globe superduo which I should have cutted now para makatipid. Instead, I am paying an additional P500 plus the dsl for nothing. The line is always unavailable to call.
    My advise is not to get any pldt wireless landline until you start hearing positive feedbacks. Kasi ikaw, like us ang sample users and just wasting your money.
