Rakista - TV5
Rakista is the newest hit series of TV5, which aired its first episode last August 14.
It is topbilled by Denise Laurel, Wincy Ong, and Carlo Aquino. It tells the story of Caloy played by Carlo Aquino who formed a band called The Love Team. His desire to form a band and write songs actually came from his desire to express his hidden feelings for a girl named CC played by Denise Laurel. Wincy on the other hand, plays the role of the drummer Sven. The show’s music is supervised by Ciudad’s Mikey Amistoso and Pedicab’s Diego Mapa. Radioactive Sago Project frontman Lourd de Veyra lends his voice as the show’s narrator.

i like how TV 5 (ABC 5) redesigned the station.
Malayong malayo sa mga nakakasuyang mga pantaserye (sitcoms) sa ibang stations.
Panget na pagkakadirek, hindi pa “realistic” ang scenes.
Unlike sa TV 5 maganda ang story and execution ng mga series.
Keep up the GREAT work TV 5!

ganda ng show na ‘to.
makes a nice alternative to ASAP and SOP,
i.e. when the segments get too cheesy with teeny boppers lipsynching lov esongs.
lotsa cheese, all schmuck. eewww.
the best, parang digifilm in tv series format. hehe

-grabe ang ganda talaga ng show nato…ASTIG!!!… lalo na tong c caloy (carlo aquino), na may bestfriend na c ted( charles) grabe ang lufet talaga ng storyline…. saka nga pla ung c BEBE(rhea nakpil) na emo…. sobrang EMO… saka tong weird na mukhang adik… c Sven(wincy ong) lam mo no?.. naicp ko lang…. hehehe ayus noh… sapul nung eheads concert nakakalig c nix and BEBE yihEEEEE!!!…. kau ha…. kakakilig talaga…!!

well, i find RAKiSta super cool.. nice talga.. esp SVEN!! patawa yung mumul part niya with his partner nung hinahanap nila yung naglason kay… sonny ba yun.. the swimmer dude.. ^^.. awesome!!! they’re super Co0L talaga!! galing ng naka-isip nito.. and sana maraming artists na mag-guest sa knila.. like ely, or raymond marasigan.. wow that would be the COOLEST thing ever!!!
