Raya Martin’s Now Showing in Cannes Directors’ Fortnight

23-year-old Filipino filmmaker Raya Martin’s “Now Showing,” will have its world premiere at the 40th Director’s Fortnight section of the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival in France next month.
The Director’s Fortnight selects films from around the world with the goal of showcasing works of new and up-and-coming filmmakers. Martin is the youngest and only the fifth Filipino director to be featured in the Fortnight.
