Rudy Fernandez’s movies to air exclusively on ABS-CBN

Philippines Cinema’s Prince of Action, Rudy Fernandez was able to sign a contract with ABS-CBN last December 18, giving the network the rights to air his films.
That’s almost 6 months before he passed away last June 7 because of periampullary cancer. Fernandez was accompanied by his wife, actress Lorna Tolentino at the signing which was witnessed by ABS-CBN executives. The actor’s movie will soon be aired on a weekly basis at the end of the Fernando Poe Jr. Cinema Collection. The actor has made almost 100 films in his lifetime.
