I am having this bout of acid reflux, I have been taking so many medications especially Nexium 40mg, it helps a little but I still feel the discomforts, kindly advise what is the best alternative medicine to get rid of my acid reflux and heartburn.

Im finishned already my treatment on breast cancer (stage 1) now Im taking tamoxifen, my dr advised me to have monthly injection of Luprolex (3.75) for two years to prevent my menstruation and the same time it was also treatment on my breast cancer its ok? Im now Bahrain now with my family.
Kindly advise us..

Hihingi po sana kami ng payo kung ano po ang magandang lunas sa pamangkin ko na sabi po ng doktor na may tubig ang testes, sabi po ng doktor kelangan daw po operahan. Pero naisip po namin na masyado pa bata 3 years old lang po yung pamangkin ko. Kayo po naisip namin na baka may alam pa po ng iba pa lunas para dun, gaya po ng paggamit ng herbal medicine nyo. Sana naman po ay matulungan nyo po kami kung ano dapat gawin, salamat po sana mabasa nyo po itong email ko.

Dear Dr. Tam,
Good day!! mula po nung nanganak ako, i feel my chest very heavy. and im rapidly loosing weight. Sometimes i feel dizzy and there were times that i had some episodes of high blood pressure.. i went to see a doctor and just advice me to take some vitamins and captopril to control blood pressure. But my conditon just come and go. Sometimes i feel my back very painful and my heart is thrumping. Pero hindi naman ganun kasakit.. just medyo mabigat. I am so worried now because i’ve been feeling this for 8 months now.. My doctor cant find anything on my laboratories.. please help me.. want im concern about is my rapid weight loss, back pains and overall fatigue..

I have a sister who diagnosed w/ ovarian cancer last 2004 and underwent a 6 courses of chemotherapy until this year when her CA 125 found out to be increasing.she will undergo for another chemotherapy but my sister doesn’t want it. what should we do? she wants an alternative way. pls. help us. thanks and more power

ask lang po.nitong nakaraang araw,may naramdaman po akong kakaiba sa aking ari…d ko po alam kong na2ral lang po e2 sa mga lalaki kgaya ko.sa twing eehe po ako,nakakaramdam po ako ng kirot sa ari ko.taz halimbawa tapoz na ako,ilang saglit lang eh parang may lumalabas na kakaiba.para xang likido na d ko ma explain ng maauz…halimbawa po ung isang tagiyawat pag napisa dba po may something na lumalabas…parang ganun po ung lumalabas sa aking ari…anu pong best remedy na dapay kong gawin…hope mabasa nyo 2ng email ko…asap!

gusto ko sana malaman ang email ad ni dok tam,,
may itatanong lang din sana ako na may bukol poh ako sa kaliwang bahagi ng aking liig sa ibaba ng tenga, almost 8 years na poh to, di nman sumasakit kaya lang nag worried ako kc napanood ko ang episode sa salamat dok yung about sa kulani, kaya agad agad ako pumunta sa doctor to know everything, nandito ako sa dubai thats why im worried kc hindi pinoy ang doctor shes an indian national,,doc nagworied ako kc tinusukan mismo yung bukol ko at kinunan ng dugo,,doc. hindi ba dilikado yan??o ganyan lang talaga ang proseso para macheck ang bukol ko? kc i feel na medyo masakit,,doc di ba dilikado yan??

gud day po doc,
doc hingi po ako advice sainyo…kasi po nagkaroon ako ng ovarian cystadenoma at inopertahan ako last nov.2007,inalis ang right ovary ko …natatakot po ako na baka mayron pang cyst ang 1 kong ovary kasi parang walang pinagbago sa pakiramdam ko at malaki pa din tiyan kahit after opertation..ano po ang dapat kong gawin??ano pong pagkain ang pwedeng makaalis ng cyst??ampalaya pwede po ba at ano pa???mga herbal po….ayoko na po maop0erahan kasi 1 nalang ovary ko..sa nov. 2008 ang nxt chek up ko at gus2 ko pong masigurado na wala na talaga cyst ang ovary ko at hindi na magkakaroon pa..im oly 21 po and itz the ens for me kung pati 1 kong ovary mawala pa…sana po matulungan nyo ako..maraming salamat po..hoping for your reply
