majority of the people who droppeed a comment here are ignorant and blinded.

tama nga at politiko si Pimentel, and he probably is corrupt like the rest of them..

but the truth is, he is right.
the Filipinos should stand up for their kapwa Pinoys, the Visayans. this is not being OVERREACTING, but just being nationalistic. the Filipinos should be united in the mindset na lahat ng lahi, maging Bisaya man o Tagalog, may karapatan maging Pinoy.
This, what the SSS depicted, it is a reflection of our discriminating Filipino attitude that will make us much more of a laughing stock to the whole world.
Sana naman maging mas makabayan tayo, because the films we produce reflect the national culture of the country.Napapanood to ng mundo, kaya nararapat lang ilagay natin ang kagandahan at kabuluhan ng KULTURANG PILIPINO.

now think about that.sana naman magising na ang kamalayan ninyo.

If some tagalog staying in the Visayas and Mindanao are beaten up or even killed (which is a very realistic scenario considering the level of anger in response to this ethnic slur and the wounded feelings generated by this movie) I hope by then Jose Javier Reyes and ABS CBN will be happy they were number one in the box office and reaped all those profits in the box office.

I’m sure there also open minded tagalogs like our fellow tsinoys in Manila who understand discrimination and prejudice and commiserate with us on this.

Bigotry whether against tsinoys, visayans or others is wrong !!! It deserves to be condemned and has no place in an open-minded society.

sanay na kaming mga bisaya na pagtawanan sa accent namin.ok lang yan, dahil yan talaga ang katotohanan iba iba talaga ang accent natin.pero kung sasabihin nila(tagalogs) na mas better pilipino sila kaysa mga bisaya?kayong mga hindi bisaya o tagalog na ang bahalang mag judge.thats all i can say!

hmm magandang publicity to para sa SSS.. lalong magiging interesado ang manonood kung anu ba tong issue na to.. hahha.. well hindi ako bisaya laking maynila, mahilig sa english movies at interesado sa british accent.. pero i want to learn bisaya.. and i’m proud of it. magaling mag english ang mga bisaya.. i dont think na pinapababa ng pelikulang ito ang mga bisaya… makakarinig ka tlga ng ganon.. hindi ko pinagtatawanan kung paanu sila magsalita bagkus tinatama ko ang kanilang pagbigkas upang sagayon sa susunod na magsalita sila alam na nila.. di namn biglaan yun.. we have to understand na yung ang lagi nilang sinasalita… magaling nga ang mga bisaya.. they can speak bisaya, english and tagalog.. minsan chinese pa kasi yung ibang tsinoy sa visayas marunong din..saan ka pa. siguro eye opener din ito sa lahat ng tao na nakatira sa pilipinas..
