September 10 holiday Philippines

President Noynoy Aquino has declared September 10, 2010 as a non-working holiday in the Philippines.

The said date marks the end of Ramadan or Eid ul Fitr 2010. According to Proclamation No. 26, this would give the whole nation a chance to be one with the Muslim community in the celebration.
