Sitti and Ronnie Liang in Concert
The Philippines’ Bossa Nova Queen, Sitti and the Prince of Ballad, Ronnie Liang will be having a concert titled “Ronnie Liang & Sitti Navarro — The Prince of Ballad meets The Queen Of Bossa Nova,” this coming Saturday, July 19 at JP Laurel Hall, Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa , Batangas.

Sitti is also busy promoting her CD, a repacked version of her “My Bossa Nova” album released by Warner Music Philiipines. Some songs included in the said album are “Cross My Heart” (Tracey Thorn, Ben Watt), “Time and Tide” (Basia Trzetrzelewska, Danny White), “With or Without You” (U2), “My Ever Changing Moods” (Paul Weller), “Baby, I Love Your Way” (Peter Frampton), “2 Become 1″ (Spice Girls, Matt Rowe, Richard Stannard), “Kung Di Rin Lang Ikaw” (Emil Pama, Warner Music Philippines), “Hinahanap Hanap Kita” (Rico Blanco), “Take a Bow” (Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Madonna), “If You Leave Me Now” (Peter Cetera), “The Look of Love” (Burt Bacharach, Hal David) and Sitti’s favorite “A Song For Penny Brown.”

Ronnie Liang sucks bigtime. Sobra. Malaking pagkakamali ng ABSCBN. Carbon copy ni Butch Francisco of Startalk. And when he sings, his nostrils reverberate. Eiww. Few years from now, trust me, no one would even remember who he is.
