SkyBroadband upgrades bandwidth, up to 12mbps
SkyCable is upgrading its SkyBroadband residential broadband Internet service to offer the fastest broadband in the Philippines today.
The company is improving their existing ZPDee broadband service by providing up to 12 mbps download speed, which is four times faster than any residential DSL. This is made possible because SkyBroadband uses coaxial cables with higher bandwidth that can carry more data whereas other DSL services still uses phone lines.
Existing ZPDee customers of the 512 kbps have been upgraded to 1.5 mbps and higher at no additional cost. They are also offering a 15-day free trial of SkyBroadband in select SkyCable service areas, which is initially available in Las Piñas, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasig, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City, San Juan, and Taguig.

dito singapore 100MBPS na..kaso mahal..pero ang 12Mpbs basic sa home use..buti na lang me SkyCable..at least nakakasabay sa 1st world technology..pano na lang kung wala..sooobrang bagal no..Congrats! Team Kapamilya tayo! Solid..walang daya!

wala zpdee dito sa area ko sayang. pag nagkataon, aalis ako sa smartbroken at lilipat ako zpdee….tiba-tiba ako sa pag DL at pag SEED ng mga movies at mp3s!

It really change the way you look at broadband today.. I tried 12mbps from one of my friends subscription and I was amazed i got 9mbps throughput when i download one of HD trailers from apple.com/trailers
