Sonny Barios is new PBA commissioner
The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) now has a new commissioner in the person of officer-in-charge Sonny Barios.
Barios, who was the league’s executive director before turning OIC, will hold the post until 2009. He replaces Noli Eala, who served for four years and resigned in August last year.
