Spider-Man 3 breaks box office records
Sony Picture’s third installment of the web-slinging superhero movie smashed box office records across eight Asian markets on yesterday.

Jeff Blake, vice chairman of Sony Pictures said that Spider-Man 3 was bigger than Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 everywhere.
Sales in the Philippines were the highest for any single day, opening or otherwise. It opened May 1 to take advantage of the labor day celebration which is a holiday and people are free to go to the movie houses.
