StarStruck 5 auditions 2009 – GMA 7

GMA 7 is set to announce the start of the nationwide auditions for the upcoming fifth season of their reality-based artista search, StarStruck.
Requirements for StarStruck V auditions:
- It is open to all male or female applicants, 16-23 years old, Filipino citizen with talent in singing, dancing and acting.
- Original and photocopy of birth certificate
- Whole body and close up photos
- Applicants below 18 years old should bring written parental consent and their parents’ ID
Application forms will be given out on August 30, 2009, Sunday at 10AM at the GMA Network Drive in Quezon City. Forms will also be simultaneously released in SM Cebu, SM Davao, SM Iloilo and Stadia in Dagupan.
