help me nman naka bili me ng sun broadban kas o kusa xa nag dis2sconnect ano gagawin ko?

Pangit talaga ng sun baroadband. Yung mga outlet nila SM di parehas ang policy. Nag try ako ipagawa yung sun broadband ko kasi sira installer. Sabi sa akin ng staff ng sun sa sm manila ipagawa ko daw sa sm san lazaro kasi dun ang service center. nag try ako sabi sa akin kung flashdrive bigyan na lang daw ako ng kopya. Samantala sa sm manila humingi ako di raw puede sila raw pupunta sa bahay para mag install. Pinahirapan pa nila subscriber nila. Kung ako sa inyo wag na kayo mag try ng sunbroadband mura nga di naman magand service nila. Mag smartbro na lang kayo.

sa sun kasi depende mas maganda pag nasa green area ka pag wala ka sa green mahina signal mo or wala talaga.

Well!! in my experience sa SUN Broadband plan 799 unlimited pumapalo hanggang 2.9mbps ang connection.. pero minsan npuputol ang internet… im here in mayamot antipolo city… mas ok sun unlike other provider. no buffering ang youtube… i dunno kung nagka problema ang sun after bagyong ondoy kc dun lang cia nag cmula paputol putol well minsan anman buong araw wala putol ang connection..

Ok sana ang Sun dito sa Antipolo kung di napuputol ang koneksion nila. 10 to 15 times a day e napuputol yung koneksion without you knowing it. Kung prepaid ka, ubos ang load mo agad. Kung unlimited ka, pati koneksion, unlimited. Ayusin nyo naman ang service nyo. Pati sales nyo palpak. Sinabi nila na yung modem can be changed within 7 days of purchase, pero di nila pinalitan yung modem ko, instead pinagsulat nila ako ng complain form na di ko alam kung nasaan na at sinabi nila na may pupunta dito sa amin, WALA! more than 1 week na. Pootah!

wes : well chacklie is right, i have read so many forums before i subscribed to sun broadband but what i read made me skeptical so i have researched it on my own well sun is the best provider among others as of now, what i have realized in forum is that they are trying to say that sun is not worthed whining and everything without considering their location, WIRELESS BROADBAND DEPENDS ON your location so choose the best provider in your area, There are people looking into forums to research about something and in my case regarding sun broadband i was mislead by some forums, in fact im just getting 450kbps but its ok for 799 its worthed besides its handy and u can use it to other computers without so much burden unlike dsl
