Super Twins: Sailor Moon Ripoff?
After the Captain Barbell controversy being too similar with Smallville’s storyline, GMA 7 is once agained criticized for its upcoming fantaserye Super Twins.
The new controversy comes from the undeniable similiarity of the twins’ (Jennylyn Mercado and Nadine Samonte) costumes with the costumes of Sailor Senshi outfit of Sailor Moon. Super Twins’ other cast include Dennis Trillo, Patrick Garcia, Marian Rivera, Camille Prats, and Bianca King.

uhm…if you watch sailormoon live action on youtube-makikita nyo ang pagkakahawid
ng mga costumes nina jen at nadine.
then…it’s not only the kapuso channel who seems to have these gaya gaya stuff…
yung kabila nga…d lang halata. pero may mga shows na parang gaya2x din

Kaya di tayo umaasenso panay gaya na lang tayo walang originality. lalo
na ang mga nasa movie at tv indusry.
tayong mga Pinoy ay walang sariling identity , walang nationalism, at may damaged
culture pa….. Yan ay sabi sa atin ng mga ibang lahi na kasama namin
