The Legend is an upcoming Koreanovela on GMA Network. The story of a man destined to restore peace in the kingdom of Goguryeo.
It is a saga chronicling the completion of a prophecy of the arrival of a king destined to save humanity. It stars Korean actor Bae Yong Joon in the title role of Dam-Deok, the 19th king of Goguryeo. Under his leadership, he made Goguryeo as the most powerful nation in East Asia with the help of the four Gods: Cheong-ryong (Blue Dragon), Baek-ho (White Tiger), Joo-jak (Phoenix) and Hyeon-mu (Turtle). It premieres on March 10 replacing Coffee Prince.
