The Pinoy Idol Judges
The pilot episode of GMA 7’s Pinoy Idol aired Saturday featuring the Mindanao auditions.
The judges were also introduced. They are:
Wyngard Tracy - he’s straight to the point and can be brutally frank. One of the most formidable talent managers in local showbiz.
Ogie Alcasid - dubbed as the ultimate singer and composer with over 100 hit singles, 19 albums, 16 gold and platinum records, double platinum record awards, performed in over 300 shows and concerts, starred in over 50 movies and TV programs.
Jolina Magdangal - popular and multi-awarded TV host and actress.

Anong ginagawa ni Jolina diyan? Yang babaeng walang maturity. Look at her counterparts na sina Juday at Claudine, mga serious dramatic actresses na, si Jolina frozen in time kasi pa tweetums pa rin ang ginagawa hanggang ngayon.

i switched channels to watch i am kc and pilot episode of pinoy idol…sorry pero boring ang pinoy idol..
raymond is not a good host,d kc sya spontaneous…mas marami syang voice over kol sa mga contestants kesa sa sya mismo ang on teh spot na nakikipag usap sa mga eto?wonder why?coz he is dependent
no question w/ the credentials of wyngard and ogie but jolinas credentials?she doesn’t have a steady career…she has no hits or follow up na hit album after her kapamilya days…d na nasundan,kung meron man pero d naungusan or napantayan ang meron sya before..if in terms of fashion sense lang,ngimprove sya for the better…
the 3 judges still wont work out to be like the AMI judges,it’s more of pilit and will appear acting on their part to be an odd mix of judges tossed like a salad in an effort to make their part in the show interesting esp.in the eyes of their viewers…
pda is way way better to watch coz as a viewer,you will learn so many things in details about singing,techniques and all w/ no other than maestro ryan cayabyab itself..it’s like learning it for free and u don’t have to do it by yourself coz may libreng demostration ng mga pda scholars to show you how..hehehe!Kudos PDA!GO TEAM KAPAMILYA!

Yung iba jan kasi, basta lang makanira sa GMA 7, kahit nanu pa sabihimn ninyo, lalong gumaganda at gumagaling ang GMA7.. Kung ayaw nyo sa GMa eh d wag..ganun lang yun di naman kailangan kung anu anu pa paninira sabihin nyo me masabi lang.

I agree with what they saying about Jolina. Take it as constructive criticisms na hindi talaga bagay si Jolina as one of the judges.
When Jolina transferred to GMA 7, she is then tagged as of the “has been” in the showbiz industry. Nawala ang ningning. Asan na sya ngayon? Napag-iwanan na ng mga kasabayan niyang sina Judy Ann Santos at Claudine Barretto na parehong umaaani na ng mga acting awards. Eh sya? Kahit best pa-cute acting awards… wala!
Meanwhile, I also watched Philippine Idol last time. Hmm, sablay sya! sorry! Super pilit! Trying hard!!!

i prefer to watch PDA, singing + dancing ang kinunan nila nang basis plus the ability to play different musical instruments and likewise the gift of writing music, take for example yeng, at her age during that time ang galing nyang sumulat nang kanta, to think hindi siya naka pag aral nang college. na enhance talaga si yeng and the rest of the pda scholars. The interesting part of PDA this season is Mr. Ryan Cayabyab being the headmaster. Wooo talaga!

i thought it was a rumour that GMA bought the idol franchise and would market it as the 1st Pinoy (Philippine version) of the Idol Shows.. It is such a shame that I found out to be true some months after the 1st ever ASIAN IDOL competition. Shame on you, GMA7 for erasing the fact that the country already has produced the 1st Philippine Idol and sent her to the competition.
It’s shameful too that the whole network cannot even come up with a good host or credible judges. The 1st ever Philippine Idol had very credible judges. What a shame!

Sino ba itong mga judge na ito, at wala enta ang mga pinagsasabi nila. sobrang boring and hindi credible yung dalawang judge (si tanda at si Jolina). dapat hindi laos ang judge.
And si Raymond kulang sa gimik at sa pag host. dapat si DJ Moe, Ryan Agoncillo and other nalang. Dapat yung nilagay nilang Host yung marunong magpatawa at marunong mag handle ng ibat-ibang situation.

Agree di nakakaexcite ang pinoy idol haayz taas panaman expectation ko dahil world-class ang show na yun e kahit san banda mo tignan parang ordinary talent show lang at speaking of talent waa di magaling yung mga finalist mga pilit ang boses mas magaling payata yung nasa pinoy pop superstar waaa!!! sayang ang philippine idol! fan ako talaga ng Idol pero ngbago na un nung napanuod ko pinoy idol super cheap ang pangit talaga low-class d pang world-class chipipay ang stage yung effects pati ung graphics ang pangit mga judges parong naglalaro lang yung host d nadadala ang show what the hell! Sinayang nyo ang Idol ang world-class show naging chipipay!!!

I agree with most of you here. I thought GMA will make it bigger than what we expect of a local franchise of Idol. Pero wala tlga, it’s very disappointing.
Jolina is not credible enough, in comparison to as American Idol’s Paula Abdul and the former Philippine Idol’s Pilita Corales. She’s not even that great as a singer to make her a judge. With Wyngard as the third mean judge, parang tuluy super rip-off ng AmIdol. so annoying
Raymond Gutierez?! C’mon. He’s not so Pinoy kc lagi xang nag-Eenglish and parang binabasa nya lang mga cnasabi nya.
