The reason why Janina San Miguel won Bb Pilipinas World 2008

A lot of us are wondering why Janina San Miguel won the Binibining Pilipinas World 2008 title in spite of her boo-boo during the question and answer portion of the pageant.
GMA News reporter Lhar Santiago tells us why:
Sa bagong format ng Miss World na lalahukan ng napiling Binibining Pilipinas World, hindi naman problema ang pagsagot sa question and answer dahil mas binibigyan ng timbang ang porma ng mga kandidata sa swimsuit at sa evening gown.
Janina did in fact win the Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown awards that night. Check out Lhar Santiago’s report on YouTube.
