The Singing Bee and Wowowee rule September 2008 Nationwide TV Ratings
According to AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines’ September 2008 Nationwide TV Ratings Survey, ABS-CBN’s The Singing Bee got a total of 35.2% to rule the primetime race.
It is followed by GMA Network’s Dyesebel with 33.5%. 3rd is TV Patrol with 33%, Dyosa placed 4th with 32.9%, I Love Betty La Fea, which premiered last September placed 5th with 31.9%, Codename: Asero placed 6th at 31.4%, My Girl is at 7th with 30.6%, Iisa Pa Lamang 8th with 29.6%, 24 Oras 9th with 25.8%, and Ako Si Kim Samsoon rounded up the top 10 with 25.3%.
In the daytime race, Wowowee got a 23% rating to rule the daytime programs followed by El Cuerpo with 21%. GMA Network’s Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan and Una Kang Naging Akin are on the 3rd and 4th spots with 19.5% and 18.8%, respectively.
GMA Network, however, still continues to dominate the Mega Manila TV Ratings.

Ok lamang ang ABS-CBN laban sa GMA sa Nationwide ratings partida pa yan kasi may daya… Kung wala lang sanang daya aba e hindi lang yan ang aabutin ng ratings ng ABS lampas pa jan…

Guyz…. kung kayo ang may ari ng isang tv station, saan kayo magiging masaya, ang mag-number 1 kayo sa mega manila o ang mag-number 1 kayo nationwide?
Pero ewan ko lang ha….kasi AGB-GMA yan e, marahil hindi umubra ang mga sardinas at 500 sa mga probinsya.
I therefore conclude na mas sosyal at mapili ang taga province because they know how to choose the quality shows……..

Bakit AGB Nielsen lang ang nagsasagawa ng TV ratings survey? Wala silang credibility.
I’m dissapointed that few Filipinos have good taste.
The only world class Filipino show that is not boring to watch is “Iisa Pa Lamang”.

we are not squatting kasi.. at nakacable kami.. aside from hollywood series like Gossip Girl… omg.. abs-cbn shows pinapanood namin… and we dont irrationally blame meralco.. like most of those in the metro do… we are not affected naman.. can afford kami magbayad ng kuryente no… hahaha

bakit magkakaron ng kapuso kung wala nanonood at dinaya lang daw. ganun din sa kapamilya diba, wala rin naman tatawagan na ganun pag wala talagang nanonood eh, e d sana di kayo nagtatalo-talo ngayon…

Ang ganda kasi ng The Singing Bee. Very entertaining. Pero I still think mas maganda kung palitan nila si Cesar. Maganda kung someone na mas magaling mag-host and someone funny.
@jenny: Kung may buhay lang ang ellipsis, malamang nagkikilos protesta na yan dahil sa overmisuse mo.

gaya gaya itong singing bee sa american version, sana The Singing Frog na lang titulo at boses palaka mga contestants! And yung Wowowee laos na, mga novelty songs ni willie panay corny! anyway, binibili yun ng mga probinsiyano lalo na sa bisayas at sa mga remote areas, karamihan nga ng contestants galing sa bisaya at sa bundok gaya ng mountain province, enjoy na enjoy sila at least hindi lang bukid ang nakikita nila araw araw

to jenny, utak ipis ka ata because you never knew corporate responsibilities and ethics. mag-masters ka nga muna. abs cbn is observing its corporate ethical standards. di katulad ng station na gme-agb mo na by-laws ng baranggay at palengke ang ginagamit. nagpapamudmud pa ng 500 and groceries sa baranggays ng greater gme area.

hay naku ang OA mo JUNIX kamusta ka naman halos dikit na nga ang nationwide ratings ng GMA sa ABSCBN partida pa yan kasi wala pang signal ang GMA sa ibang probinsiya paano pa kaya kung magkakaroon? well anyway GMA pa rin ang da best!!!!

hello! anong ginaya sa all star k. okay ka lang? franchise po yan dito sa amerika. Singing Bee din ang title. akala ko nga dati franchise sa “don’t forget the lyrics”.. magbasa basa ha. may access ka naman sa internet di ba.

in cable TV, ABS-CBN is very clear but in antenna/free TV, ABS-CBN is so blurry that is why many people are being forced to watch the cheap shows of GMA7.

No offense meant sa lahat ng mga Kapuso fanatics ha. Pero di ko ma-take manood ng mga Telebabad niyo. Except for Bubble Gang at wala ng iba. Ewan ko ba? Ang baduy baduy kasi ng mga TV shows ng Kapuso. Ganoon ba ka-cheap ang mga taga-Mega Manila.
