Three Filipinas on their way to Everest

Janet Belarmino, Carina Dayondon and Noelle Wenceslao are now on their way to Tibet in their quest to become the first ASEAN women to reach the top of Everest.

The women will climb from the Tibetan side or the North route. The said route is relatively safer and cheaper considering that the team is on a tight budget. The team is also expected to go head to head with the sole woman on the Indonesian team that will also climb the Everest.
