TV5 and Willie Revillame apologize for Jan-Jan Suan dancing incident

TV5, Wil Productions, and Willie Revillame have released an official statement regarding the controversy that involves TV5’s “Willing Willie,” Willie Revillame and 6-year-old boy Jan-Jan Suan who was made to dance like a “macho dancer” in exchange for 10,000 pesos.

“Mr. Willie Revillame, the producers of Willing Willie and TV5 sincerely and deeply apologize for the segment of the show featuring 6-year-old Jan-Jan Suan which viewers may have found offensive or in bad taste. We wish to stress that there was never any intention to humiliate or abuse Jan-Jan or any contestant on the show.” part of the statement said. Meanwhile, Jan-Jan returned in today’s (March 28) episode of Willing Willie together with his parents and explained that dancing is really Jan-Jan’s talent.
