Two Gold Medals for Philippines

Two gold medals courtesy of Antonio Gabica for pool and flyweight boxer Violito Payla for the Philippines in the ongoing Doha Asian Games.
Gabica beat compatriot Jeffrey de Luna to top the men’s 9-ball event Monday night while Violito Payla beat defending champion Somjit Jongjohor of Thailand. As of this post, the Philippines is ranked 18 with two golds, four silvers and nine bronze medals.
