Two Pinays in the 2007 Miss Universe Pageant?

There will be two Filipino women who will be competing in the upcoming 2007 Miss Universe Pageant.
Anna Theresa Licaros who won Binibining Pilipinas Universe and Mutya ng Pilipinas Kirby Ann Basken. But Kirby Ann will be representing Norway after she won Fröken Norge-Miss Universe in Norway which is the counterpart of the Binibining Pilipinas Universe title. The organizers of Mutya ng Pilipinas were elated to hear the news and won’t be stripping Kirby of her local title.
