Typhoon “Frank” Update

As of 4:45 p.m. Friday, Public Storm Signal Number 3 is hoisted over Camarines Norte and Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, Samar Provinces, Leyte and Biliran Island.

Signal number 2 is up over Quezon, Romblon, Northern Cebu and Southern Leyte.

While signal number 1 is up over Aurora, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Mindoro Provinces, Metro Manila, Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, the rest of Cebu, Dinagat and Siargao Island.
