Typhoon Mina gains strength, threatens Bicol Region, Philippines

Typhoon Mina (international codename Mitag) has gained more strength and continues to threaten the Bicol Region.

The weather agency said it forecast Mina will be 100 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes on Saturday afternoon and at the vicinity of Camarines Norte by Sunday afternoon.
